We here at Hobo Digest rely on the public eye of scrutiny and observation for a lot of our news stories. For instance, how would we know that there was a piece of provolone cheese stuck to the bottom of Ralph Rickley’s Boot if he didn’t inform us? We won a Pulitzer Prize for that piece.
